Studio Usage Terms and Conditions:


• The film studio must be booked in advance. The booking is only confirmed after the reservation fee has been paid.

• The client is responsible for any damage caused to the studio or the equipment during the filming session.

• The client must respect the usage time booked for the studio, starting and ending the filming session within the scheduled time.

• The client must ensure that the studio is clean and tidy at the end of the filming session.

• Smoking inside the studio is prohibited.

• The client must follow all safety instructions provided by the studio staff.

• The studio is not responsible for items lost or damaged during the use of the studio.

• The use of water and fire within the studio is strictly prohibited.

• Any violation of these conditions may result in additional fines or the prohibition of future bookings.

Equipment Rental Terms and Conditions:


• The rental of film equipment must be arranged in advance, with the confirmed booking only taking effect after the rental fee has been received.

• The client is responsible for any damage caused to the equipment during the rental period, and will be charged the cost of repair or replacement as necessary.

• The equipment must be returned in the same condition it was rented in, clean and fully functioning.

• The client must return the equipment on the agreed upon return date. Late returns will incur additional fees.

• The client is responsible for ensuring the safe and proper use of the equipment, adhering to all provided instructions and safety guidelines.

• The client may not sub-rent the equipment to other parties without the explicit consent of the company.

• The company is not responsible for any personal injury or property damage resulting from the use of the rented equipment.

• Failure to comply with these terms and conditions may result in additional fines and/or prohibition from future rentals.
